2. The Magic Trunk (Our Services)
Need to ship a literal ton of goods across the Atlantic? We've got you. Our container services are designed for maximum efficiency. But remember—clients are responsible for accurate manifest data. We can't haul what we don't know about. What's inside your trunk matters as much as how we move it.
We reserve the right to refuse cargo that violates international safety standards or local Denver regulations. You'll be notified immediately if any issues arise during the 'Whale Tracking' phase of your shipment.
3. Liability & Limits
While Seven Whales Supply Chain (USA) Co., Ltd prides itself on a 99.8% on-time delivery rate, the seas can be unpredictable. Force majeure events—storms, strikes, or sudden leviathan appearances—are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the Carmack Amendment and standard maritime bill of lading terms.
Note: We strongly encourage all shippers to maintain independent insurance for high-value cargo. Better safe than soggy!
